Build a powerful portfolio with the guide of a professional artist! Master the basics of sketching and painting from life with a Master Artist. Students will learn to use charcoal and oil paints as they develop their portfolio, with creative freedom to choose their subject matter. Open to all Pre-Teens and Teens (8-17).

This course is an in-depth study on drawing the human figure and emphasizes the understanding of gesture, rhythm, and construction. Students will learn a simple process to draw the human figure by analyzing short, timed poses from life and acquire an understanding of figure drawing fundamentals to create works that communicate designs and ideas.
