Mono-Prints are one-of-a-kind paintings that are made on a plate or piece of plexi-glass, that is transfered to paper, via a press.
If you want instant gratification then this is the medium for you! If you have attention deficit, then this is the medium for you! And, if you want to explore and extend an existing body of work, then I cannot say enough about mono-printing.
We use oil based inks which give you a beautiful, rich saturation of color which you can layer with multiple runs for maximum effect. The workshops are small 4 to 6 people max to ensure maximum press time.
Just bring your ideas and a few personal items and be prepared to have a great art making experience!
